George Alexander Nader is a Dominican entrepreneur, investor, and real estate developer, and the Founder & CEO of Nader Enterprises, a private investment, development, and asset management platform focused on large-scale tourism, real estate, and infrastructure projects.

His work centers on transforming underdeveloped regions into investment-grade destinations, integrating land, infrastructure, capital, and long-term operations into a single coordinated system.

Nader operates at the intersection of real estate, tourism, and capital markets, with a focus on master-planned developments executed over multi-decade horizons.

Unlike traditional developers, his approach is structured around platform creation rather than isolated projects; assembling land, securing entitlements, building core infrastructure, and aligning institutional and strategic partners to unlock long-term value.

He began his career in New York as an investment banking analyst, advising on mergers and acquisitions and strategic transactions across Latin America. This foundation continues to shape his work today, where every development is approached as a capital allocation strategy, not just a construction effort.

In 2006, he founded Nader Enterprises and returned to the Dominican Republic with a clear objective: to build companies and projects capable of generating sustained economic impact at scale.

Since then, he has led and participated in ventures across real estate, energy, and commercial infrastructure.

Today, he is leading the development of Maralda, one of the most ambitious destination projects in the Caribbean.
